Happy Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW Day)!

Today, we proudly celebrate and thank the incredible NSW SES volunteers who selflessly serve our communities during storms, floods, rescues, and more. They are the everyday heroes in orange—ready to respond at a moment’s notice, no matter the weather or the hour.

Whether it’s clearing fallen trees, searching for missing people, or providing critical support during natural disasters, our SES volunteers are the calm in the chaos, the strength in the storm, and the heart of our towns and cities.

On WOW Day, we encourage everyone to wear orange, cheer loudly and say THANK YOU to our SES volunteers.
