Memorial service for Dungog flood Victim - ABC news
by | May 4, 2015
The Dungog community will this morning celebrate the life of Robin McDonald, who was killed when floodwaters swept through the town last month.
The 68-year-old moved to Australia from Scotland in the 1970s, and authorities are struggling to locate family members.
Most of her paperwork was destroyed when her house was flooded.
Dungog woman Lesley Darr has organised a memorial at the town's RSL club so the community can say goodbye.
"The community really needs to have something because Robyn was a part of it - she was an SES worker for many, many years and she had lots and lots of friends," she said.
