Nominations for 2024 NSW SES Young Volunteer of the Year Now Open

The NSW SES Young Volunteer of the Year will be aged 16-25 years old and will have demonstrated a high level of commitment to learning and NSW SES activities during the year.

The 2024 NSW SES Young Volunteer of the Year is expected to be announced during 2025 Youth Week (9-17 April 2025), and nominations are now open.

Youth Intern Program (school-based) participants are eligible to be considered for this commendation, in addition to Unit-based volunteer members.

The successful award recipient will be presented the NSW SES Young Volunteer of the Year certificate and glass trophy; and their Unit will be presented with a glass plaque to display (see attached photos).
