SES crews involved in the clean-up after New South Wales' recent storms have been recalled to the state's north coast as forecasters warn the region could soon be hit by flooding.
The Bureau of Meteorology issued a flood watch for coastal valleys from the Queensland-NSW border to Taree, on the mid north coast, just before midday.
It warned more than 350 millimetres could fall between today and Saturday in some areas.
