SES crews kept busy - The Singleton Argus

AN intense hail storm ripped through areas to the north-east of Singleton on Friday night, keeping the SES busy.

From Goorangoola and Mount Olive to Middle Falbrook and Glennies Creek, multiple houses were damaged, trees came down blocking roads and some minor flooding occurred.

There was no hail in town but a thunderstorm dumped an estimated 16.6mm on Friday night and the bad weather continued on Saturday with a total of 28.8mm of rain recorded.
