THE State Emergency Service fears someone will die unless a permanent solution is found to stop people driving through flood waters at Burns Rd at Ourimbah.

Wyong SES media officer Allan Benson said Burns Rd was Wyong Shire’s major flood problem and the first to go under in flood and storm events.

SES workers have carried out two major rescues in the first four months of this year at the location.
