South Coast SES team aims for satate spot - lllawarra Mercury

New SES Wollongong City Unit members will this weekend represent the Illawarra South Coast Region in the bi-annual NSW SES State Disaster Rescue Competition.

The group has already earned its place as best in the region, and will be competing in the hope to represent NSW in the national competition.

For the first time ever, the NSW State Disaster Rescue Competition is open to the public and will be held at Sydney International Regatta Centre on Thursday from 10am to 5pm.
