Thanks to our amazing volunteers - Parkes champion post

Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW Day), the national day of thanks to all SES volunteers, was held last week.

This year is also the 60th anniversary of the NSW SES. 

The Lachlan Region staff and volunteer unit celebrated WOW Day by preparing for its awards ceremony held on  Saturday.

As part of the 60th anniversary celebrations, each active NSW SES member will receive a stormtech bag, cap and polo shirt. 

Region staff and volunteer team members packed the bags for distribution to its 175 members as part of WOW Day.
