Wollongong secures its biggest office lease with the SES - Financial Review

Wollongong has sealed its biggest ever leasing deal through the NSW State Emergency Service.
The NSW SES has signed a 12-year lease for a 5700sq m office building known as the "ex-Tax Office" at Burelli Street with local investors Steve and Nick Grozdanov through their company, Quality Green Commercial Pty Ltd.
The SES plans to upgrade and refurbish the building to 'A' grade equivalent standard for use as its main headquarters after outgrowing its current offices on Regent Street, where it has been based for 25 years.
