Welfare Hamper Application form

The NSW SES Volunteers Association will be distributing welfare hampers to NSW SESVA members who are experiencing hardship this Christmas and require assistance. If you require a welfare hamper, please complete the application form before the 9th December 2024.

Hampers will be distributed by VA Staff just before the Christmas break

Applications are private and confidential and there is a limit of 1 hamper per household
