Local SES volunteers recognised - gallery - Glen Innes Examiner

STATE Emergency service (SES) Glen Innes recognised the tireless efforts of local volunteers last Saturday night at their annual awards presentation evening.

Over 130 years of volunteer service was acknowledged at the awards night.

SES Spokesperson Sarah White said volunteers are called out at all hours of the night and early hours of the morning when emergency events occur.

"State Emergency Service volunteers make significant sacrifices so they can respond to people in need,” she said
