Local SES warns residents: Be prepared - Milton Ulladulla Times
by By Jessica Clifford | May 22, 2015
SES volunteers in Ulladulla are warning residents not to be complacent about wintery weather warnings that may be issued throughout the season, in light of recent severe weather seen across NSW coastal areas.
The Ulladulla SES unit is urging residents to be prepared for severe weather in the coming months, by having clean gutters, tying down outdoor furniture, and keeping tree limbs trimmed.
Residents in flood prone areas could also have a roll of plastic sheeting and sandbags handy, that can be filled, if they see that there is a possibility of heavy rain.
