NEW state of the truck for Newcasteles SES - ABC News

The Hunter's State Emergency Service is replacing a 20-year-old truck with a new state-of-the-art vehicle worth more than $200,000.

More than a dozen SES units across the state, including Newcastle, will receive a new storm truck by the middle of next month.

The new trucks come with LED lights, a hydraulic generator, a winch and will be able to respond to flood rescues and storm emergencies.
