Rain damages Baulkham Hills roof - Hills News

HILLS SES volunteers helped tarp the roof of a house in Jasper Road, Baulkham Hills, about 5pm Friday.

‘‘The roof had partially come away due to the heavy rain,’’ Hills SES controller Evelyn Lester said.

‘‘We also had swiftwater teams out on the night, checking all our causeways.

‘‘There was light hail reported at Kenthurst and Annangrove on Friday afternoon but the SES received no requests for assistance.

‘‘We did have trees down in Baulkham Hills (two) and Castle Hill (one).’’
