SES host flood safe meeting in Murwillumbah tonight - My Daily News

The North West State Emergency Service has a new Region Controller.

He is Rick Sloman, who replaces Col Malone.

Mr Malone has transferred to the NSW Southern Highlands, where he's taken up a new appointment with the SES.

Rick Sloman is originally from Wellington in New Zealand.

Most recently he worked with the New Zealand Police Force as a professional development manager.
