SES seeks members ' feedback at state forums - ST George & Sutherland Shire Leader
A SERIES of forums aimed at gaining feedback about the NSW SES was launched by the NSW SES Volunteers Association at Rockdale this week.
There will be 21 forums across the state, which will allow the 10,000 NSW SES members to provide feedback and shape its future.
The NSW SES has come under close scrutiny in the past few months with an ICAC investigation.
Launching the project from the new offices at Rockdale on Tuesday, chairman Charlie Moir said he wanted all members to take part.
"We want to hear everything, good and bad," he said. "It's a way for our members, both past and present, to have a say in their service."
The forums will be managed by the volunteers' association but mediated by a professional facilitator.
