Storm over Taree - more to come - Manning River Times

STRONG winds and heavy rain pelted Taree this afternoon (October 13), and there's more to come, according to the State Emergency Services (SES).
The NSW SES is warning residents about the likelihood of heavy rain, damaging winds and large seas affecting the Mid North Coast beginning around Tuesday (October 14) afternoon and continuing into Wednesday (October 15).
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) have issued a Severe Weather Warning for damaging winds, heavy rain and damaging surf for the Mid North Coast as a low pressure tough over the central part of the state develops a low pressure system develop within it and then moves in a north easterly direction.
