Tamwoth’s SES Unit celebrated 50th years today.

They opened their doors to the public, providing an insight to the work they do.

People were given the opportunity to test themselves on the kinds of tasks crew members come across while assisting in storms.

Members of the crew happy to spruik the benefits of being associated with the volunteer service.

“For me the best part of it is being part of the team and just the different skills that I’ve developed outside of my work that then help in a lot of other areas as well.”
