HIGH vis is high fashion today.

It's Wear Orange Wednesday; a campaign by the SES to get the community to show their support by donning as much orange as possible.

Around the country there are 40,000 SES volunteers who provide millions of hours of volunteer service every year to those hit by natural disasters and other emergencies.

Local SES spokesperson Janet Pettit said WOW was not about fundraising but an opportunity for the community to dress up and show it appreciated having the SES there if needed.
